1. Who is responsible

2. Information you choose to provide
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address and message. We use it to respond to your question, handle a correction or address a request. Please do not send banking credentials, account numbers, identification documents or sensitive financial records.
The contact form asks for a name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry topic and message. Information received is used to handle the enquiry. No newsletter subscription or profile registration is offered, and an editorial enquiry is not consent to receive marketing messages.
3. The calculator and downloads
Amounts entered in the monthly planner are processed only in your browser tab. The calculator does not transmit them to Altify or save them in browser storage. Reloading restores the example. The downloadable worksheets are local files; completed copies are not uploaded to us.
4. Technical information and service providers
Hosting and network providers process technical request information needed to deliver and secure pages, such as IP addresses and browser request details. Email providers process messages sent to the contact address. The website includes no analytics or advertising tracking scripts, and enquiry information is not sold.
For an enquiry submitted through the web form, the delivery route uses Cloudflare for secure processing and Google Sheets as the message register. A submission is marked received only after the recipient confirms receipt. These providers may process information outside your province or country under their applicable service arrangements. Contact us if you need further information before providing personal data.
5. Retention and safeguards
Enquiry information is used for the purpose for which it was supplied. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask about a particular message or request its review or deletion, subject to those requirements.
No transmission or storage method eliminates all risk. Limit the personal information in an enquiry to what is needed for the conversation. We do not request access to your financial accounts through this website.
6. Requests and questions
Contact contact@altify-digitaladvisory.com if you want to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of information you supplied, or raise a concern about its handling. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, identity or authority may need to be confirmed before a request can be fulfilled. Do not send identity documents with an initial enquiry.
